为引领学术风尚，培养研究新锐，为青年法学法律人才脱颖而出搭建平台，以“元宇宙：适用人类规则的数字世界”为主题的“2022世界人工智能大会法治青年论坛”将于2022年9月2日下午在上海世博中心蓝厅举办。
隆重介绍我们邀请的13位国内外人工智能法治研究领域的优秀青年学者，围绕元宇宙世界的概念厘定特别是规则建构展开建设性探讨，分享具有原创性、学术性和思想性的前沿学术成果，推动人工智能技术应用和法治发展，共建未来法治，共享智能福祉。

郑戈 Zheng Ge
上海交通大学凯原法学院教授、博导，上海高校特聘教授（东方学者）
Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Koguan Law School, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Distinguished Professor (Oriental Scholar) of Shanghai Higher Institutions
郑戈，上海交通大学凯原法学院教授、博导，上海高校特聘教授（东方学者）。曾任教于北京大学法学院（1998－2003）和香港大学法律学院（2004－2014）,并曾在密西根大学、多伦多大学、杜克大学和哥伦比亚大学做访问学者和访问教授。近年来主要关注数字科技和生命科学等科技前沿领域所涉及的法律问题，连续两年入选智慧法治学术影响力TOP100作者前十名。
Zheng Ge, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Koguan Law School, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Distinguished Professor (Oriental Scholar) of Shanghai Higher Institutions. He has taught at Peking University Law School (1998-2003) and Hong Kong University Law School (2004-2014), and has been a visiting scholar or visiting professor at the University of Michigan, University of Toronto, Duke University and Columbia University. In recent years, he has mainly focused on legal issues involved in frontier fields of science and technology such as digital technology and life sciences. For two consecutive years,he has been one of the top 10 of TOP100 authors with the strongest academic impact on intelligent rule of law.
