根据2022世界人工智能大会组委会的安排，上海市法学会将于9月2日继续主办“2022世界人工智能大会法治论坛”，聚焦数字化转型下的法治建设，特别是元宇宙等新兴概念的法治规则构建，努力为数字法治的繁荣发展提供坚实支撑，期待学术界、产业界有识之士广泛关注、共同推动。
隆重介绍本届论坛11名法学法律界及人工智能相关领域的专家学者，围绕“数字化转型 法治化进路”等相关话题从数字法治的实践需求、前沿理论、制度建构、法律适用等方面入手，共同探寻数字化转型的法治化进路。

戴柳，工商管理硕士，高级经济师，上海市第十五届人民代表大会常务委员会委员、财政经济委员会主任委员，上海市机器人行业协会会长，在人工智能产业的企业管理、战略发展与立法方面有着丰富的理论成果积累与实践成就。
曾任上海东浩兰生国际服务贸易（集团）有限公司党委书记、董事长，国家会展项目建设指挥部常务副总指挥，上海博览会有限责任公司副董事长、总裁。
历任上海机电控股(集团)公司副总裁兼海外发展部部长、上海机床厂厂长，上海电气(集团)总公司副总裁兼上海机床厂有限公司董事长，上海世博会事务协调局副局长，上海世博(集团)有限公司党委书记、董事长等。
DAI Liu, MBA, senior economist, member of the Standing Committee of the 15th Shanghai Municipal People's Congress and Chairman of the Financial and Economic Committee, Chairman of the Shanghai Robot Industry Association. His expertise includes the corporate management in AI industry, strategic development and legislation both in theoretical and practical achivements.
He served as the Party Secretary and Chairman of Shanghai Donghao Lansheng International Service Trade (Group) Co., Ltd., Executive Deputy Commander of the National Convention and Exhibition Project Construction Headquarters, and Vice Chairman and President of Shanghai Expo Co., Ltd.
He also ever served as Vice President and Head of Overseas Development Department of Shanghai Electromechanical Holding (Group) Company, Director of Shanghai Machine Tool Plant, Vice President of Shanghai Electric (Group) Corporation and Chairman of Shanghai Machine Tool Plant Co., Ltd., Deputy Director of Shanghai World Expo Coordination Bureau, Party Secretary and Chairman of Shanghai World Expo (Group) Co., Ltd.
