排污许可证有效期届满，排污单位需要继续排放污染物的，应当于排污许可证有效期届满60日前向审批部门提出申请。全国排污许可证管理信息平台也会自动发送登记信息更新提醒。
Answer: If the validity period of the pollutant discharge permit is about to expire and the pollutant discharge unit needs to continue to discharge pollutants, it shall apply for a renewal 60 days before the expiration the current permit. The National Pollution Permit Management Information Platform would also automatically send registration information update reminders.
